




Job Summary: Roasting machine operator responsible for supervising the production process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment and the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Basic preventive maintenance and compliance with standards Duties and Responsibilities * Operate the **roasting machine** and auxiliary process equipment. * Adjust **roasting temperature, speed, and time** according to product specifications. * Continuously monitor the roasting process to ensure appropriate **color, texture, and quality**. * Perform basic **machine startup, shutdown, and cleaning**. * Identify and report **equipment failures or anomalies**. * Maintain a **clean and orderly work area**. * Record production data (quantity produced, processing times, losses). * Comply with **hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** standards. * Support **basic preventive maintenance** of equipment. * Coordinate with **packaging and quality control departments**. **Education** * Completed junior high school or high school (preferred). **Experience** * 1 year operating food processing machinery or production lines (preferred). **Knowledge** * Industrial machinery operation. * Basic food production processes. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Industrial safety. Working Conditions * Work in a **production plant**. * Exposure to **heat from ovens or roasters**. * Mandatory use of **personal protective equipment (PPE)**.
