Job Objective To supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial dining facility, guaranteeing adherence to processes, quality standards, production control, and effective team leadership. Main Responsibilities * Supervise large-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Monitor production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Promptly resolve operational incidents. * Maintain order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines.
