Ensure appropriate control, recording, and tracking of inputs, shipments/logistics, and finished goods, guaranteeing correct inventory, movement, and documentation management to prevent losses, errors, and operational deviations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Record input receipts and withdrawals. * Report shortages, surpluses, or detected discrepancies. * Support periodic inventories. * Record and validate shipment information (dates, routes, units, drivers, loads). * Verify documentation related to shipments. * Record receipt of finished goods into warehouse. * Control outgoing shipments and deliveries according to orders and documents. * Verify alignment between physical goods and administrative records. * Monitor finished goods inventories. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Experience in administrative control, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. * Inventory control. * Document and record handling. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Willingness to travel.
