Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Coordinator to plan, implement, and oversee the HSE Management System, identify risks, and coordinate safety programs. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an HSE Coordinator**.** Responsibilities: **Plan, implement, and oversee** the HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation (NOM-STPS, SEMARNAT, client guidelines, and international standards). **Identify hazards and assess risks** in operational (onshore) activities, establishing operational controls and preventive measures. **Coordinate occupational health and safety programs**, including: * Use and control of PPE * Work permits * Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Task Risk Assessment (ART) * Safe operating procedures. **Conduct inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs**, identifying unsafe acts and conditions, and following up on corrective actions. **Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses**, preparing reports, root cause analyses, and action plans. **Coordinate and deliver HSE training**, covering orientation, safety, environmental protection, and emergency response. **Develop, control, and update HSE documentation**, such as: * Policies and procedures * Records and forms * Monthly reports and performance indicators (KPIs) **Act as liaison with clients and regulatory authorities**, during audits, inspections, and official visits. **Key Requirements (Mandatory):** * Academic degree and professional license * Valid personal documentation * Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (supported by experience letters) **Valid certifications and DC-3.** * RIGPASS * ISO 31000 Standard: Risk Management * Gas verifier * Level 2 First Aid * Level 2 Firefighting * Spill control * Explosive atmospheres.
