Market and trend analysis to adjust strategies **SALES MANAGER** **Company:** GRUPO CHESA **Department:** Commercial / Sales **Position:** Sales Manager **Team supervised:** Sales executives, coordinators, and sales administrative staff **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Plan, lead, and supervise the agency’s commercial strategies, ensuring achievement of sales targets for new and/or certified pre-owned units, as well as area profitability, aligned with Nissan brand standards and internal Grupo CHESA policies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. * Supervise and monitor the sales team’s performance. * Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs): sales volume, closure rate, conversion rate, average ticket, and profitability. * Coordinate customer prospecting and lead follow-up. * Guarantee high-quality, standards-based customer service and experience. * Analyze market conditions, competition, and trends to adjust commercial strategies. * Manage vehicle inventory jointly with the relevant department. * Supervise proper preparation of sales files and compliance with administrative processes. * Implement training and development programs for the commercial team. * Coordinate promotions, sales campaigns, and events. * Maintain direct communication with management for reporting and results review. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years in automotive sales. * At least 2 years in a managerial role or supervising commercial teams. **Knowledge:** * Sales and negotiation strategies. * CRM usage and customer tracking. * Analysis of commercial KPIs. * Automotive financing. * Inventory management. **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team development * Results orientation * Decision-making * Effective negotiation * Customer focus * Strategic planning * Assertive communication Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
