Position Summary: We are seeking a Clinic Commercial Coordinator to lead and coordinate teams, ensuring profitability and goal achievement through effective resource management and excellence in patient service. At **Warner Institutional S.C.**, a Mexican corporate leader in **dentistry and orthodontics**, with over **1 million smiles rehabilitated** and a network of **more than 35 clinics nationwide**, we continue growing and seek **Clinic Leaders** to head our units and consolidate high-performance teams. We are currently recruiting for the position of **Clinic Commercial Coordinator** in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. **Position Objective:** Ensure clinic profitability and achievement of sales targets through proper management of human, material, and financial resources, as well as patient care and service. **Position Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field. * Experience managing a business unit. * Financial resource management, cash handling, and cash flow control. * Experience supervising staff. * Experience in internal controls and administrative follow-up. * Strong interest in customer service and service sales. * Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. **Position Responsibilities and Functions:** * Direct and coordinate clinical and administrative teams. * Ensure excellent, humane, and ethical care for each patient. * Drive achievement of operational, commercial, and growth objectives. * Serve as a role model for leadership, commitment, and professionalism. * Foster an environment of trust, innovation, and high performance. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $14,000 gross per month. * Vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Bonuses for meeting goals and **KPIs**. * Ongoing training in leadership, management, and clinical-commercial development. * Professional and career growth opportunities. * Equipment, work tools, and uniforms. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Sundays off.
