Inventory management of consumables and tools. Create reference documentation, update documentation according to the production process. Keep the capacity study of the line up to date. Contact suppliers to request repair quotations. **Job Responsibilities and Duties** ------------------------------------------- Verify that equipment is functioning properly and has the appropriate tools for the job Review primary causes of line stoppages and take corrective actions. Verify line capacity Timely resolution of pending manufacturing, purchasing, equipment modification and release tasks based on line requirements to prevent stoppages Audit an assembly station to ensure compliance with all safety requirements, verifying that the process follows the standard, meeting quality checkpoints, that tools are in working condition, and that the operator has the appropriate skills to perform the operation.
