




We are looking for a cook with experience in Japanese Omakase cuisine. * Will be responsible for the proper functioning of the kitchen under the supervision of the head chef. * Will communicate directly with the head chef. * Will distribute, organize, and supervise the work of assistants in preparing dishes for the assigned station or event, closely monitoring their work and clarifying or reporting any questions that may arise. * Will prepare inventory reports whenever requested by the head chef. * Will prepare and finish the specific dishes assigned to their station, paying special attention to presentation and plating of requested items. * Will participate in controlling procurement, preservation, and storage of goods. * Will carry out preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes using the most appropriate techniques. * Preparation of dishes on griddle and grill. * Will assist in ordering and preserving raw materials and products used in the kitchen. * Will assist in setup, service, and breakdown. * Will inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. * Will control and ensure proper preservation and utilization of products assigned to them. * Customer service.
