Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.**Job Description:** **Quality Auditor, Ensenada B.C.** **Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world** As a Quality Auditor, you will play a key role in adhering to procedures, instructions, and work regulations generated by the department, as well as ensuring adherence to plant-level quality, safety, and environmental policies at the Ensenada, Baja California facility. **The impact you will have in this role** * As a Quality Auditor, you will lead raw material inspection, finished product inspection, and production operations inspections. * You will conduct in-process audits and finished product audits. * You will implement statutory AS9100 and customer requirements to ensure products meet required expectations. * You will promote quality compliance across all manufacturing processes. **Skills and experience we seek** To set you up for success in this position from day one, 3M is seeking candidates who possess: * Education Required: Secondary school diploma. Preferred: High school diploma / related degree. * Relevant experience for this position Required: 6 months in a similar role. Preferred: 1 year in a similar role. * Required skills. Results-oriented. Planning and organization. Procedural discipline. Customer orientation. Teamwork. Stress tolerance. * Specific knowledge. English (Preferred): Basic. Proficiency in MS\-Office applications. Interpretation of engineering drawings / blueprints. Following plans and working based on priorities. Use of measurement equipment.
