




**Universal Cargo**, a company with over 34 years of experience in international and domestic logistics, ensuring efficient and secure delivery of cargo anywhere in the world, is seeking: Office Manager **Objective:** You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence at our Mexico City office and at branches across the country, comprehensively managing general services, facility maintenance, and supply administration. **Responsibilities:** * Travel and logistics coordination: flight purchases, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements. Administrative support: invoicing, payment tracking, expense and per-diem control. * Comprehensive Office Management: Supervision and procurement of supplies (cafeteria, stationery, cleaning) and inventory control. Vendor Coordination: Management of cleaning services, facility maintenance (HVAC, electricity), and courier companies; negotiation of terms and assurance of service quality.
