Negotiation and closing of sales with customers. **Job Objective**: Promote and sell commercial vehicles, such as trucks of the assigned brand, to potential customers in order to achieve and exceed the company's established sales targets. Specific Responsibilities: Customer Prospecting: Actively seek potential customers who may be interested in the products or services offered by the company. This may involve market research, identifying sales opportunities, and establishing initial contact with prospective customers. Cold Calling: Contact potential customers and schedule appointments with those who do not yet have an established relationship with the company to introduce products or services and generate interest in a potential purchase. Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions and inquiries regarding products or services, provide detailed information and advice, and resolve any doubts or concerns they may have. Conducting Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers at events, trade fairs, banks, negotiations, etc., highlighting the benefits and features of the products or services and persuading customers to make a purchase. Negotiating Terms and Conditions: Negotiate sales terms and conditions with customers, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment methods, and any other relevant aspects to successfully close the sale for both parties, in compliance with the company’s sales policies and with prior authorization from the Sales Manager. Closing Sales: Finalize sales agreements and complete transactions, ensuring all necessary documents and details are in order and that the customer is satisfied with the purchase, adhering to the prices and conditions set by the company. Managing Customer Relationships: Maintain regular communication with existing customers to strengthen business relationships, provide after-sales support, resolve problems or concerns, and foster brand loyalty. Updating Records and Tracking: Record and keep up-to-date all sales-related information, including customer contact details, transaction histories, and any other relevant data. Track sales activities and generate periodic reports on performance and results. Participating in Meetings and Training: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on products, sales strategies, and market trends, and to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues. File Integration: Generate files for invoiced units according to the documentation requirements of the Accounting Department.
