Meaningful Work From Day One: This role develops and implements strategic Public Relations practices and experiences across the brand portfolio while managing agencies to ensure an exceptional brand presence. It requires deep expertise in Public Relations, event management, and trade dynamics to build national networks. Working with global and local teams, the role executes multi\-channel strategies involving media, influencers, and experiential platforms to drive brand growth. What You Can Expect:* Partner with global and local stakeholders to develop PR and experiential toolkits, translating global messaging into compelling local storytelling "hooks." * Lead the strategic planning and execution of best\-in\-class PR platforms and experiential events to drive brand prestige and consistent messaging across the portfolio. * Manage the full lifecycle of third\-party agency relationships, including negotiation, defining scopes of work, and overseeing daily implementation of media and digital strategies. * Utilize consumer insights, experience techniques, and market data to evaluate growth opportunities and optimize budget allocation during annual planning. * Establish clear PR KPIs and evaluation frameworks, providing continuous feedback and course correction to ensure maximum ROI, and commercial results. * Act as the primary liaison for communications and crisis management, protecting brand reputation and ensuring all activities adhere to legal and compliance standards. * Coordinate cross\-functional efforts between Brand Managers and Global teams to ensure flawless amplification of programs and project management of innovation processes. What You Bring to the Table:* Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations and media relations management, with at least 2 years in Premium or Luxury brand management. * Proven ability to lead and influence within a matrix environment, demonstrating exceptional communication, listening, and relationship\-building skills. * Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and high\-performing agency partners in a deadline\-oriented environment. * Strong financial acumen with specific expertise in budget management and driving for commercial results. * Self\-motivated learner with a creative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. * Proficiency in English and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
