Manages communication, workflows, content, and operational strategy for assigned projects. Success is measured by achieving client satisfaction and strict adherence to digital deliverables in terms of timing, format, and context. **Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business objectives. * Coordinate meetings, deliverables, and tasks among clients, creative team, audiovisual team, planner, and creative direction. * Oversee execution of monthly content calendars according to strategy. * Publish and schedule social media content; perform basic community management (comments, messages). * Identify opportunities to increase average transaction value: suggest activations, materials, or value-added actions. * Supervise the entire workflow: timelines, formats, folders, responsible parties, and validations. * Coordinate organic and paid strategies (even if not directly executing them, coordination is required). * Showcase Axis’s work to clients, ensuring traceability of every action. * Monitor and coordinate events, ensuring they happen.
