Leadership and problem-solving in the events area Encore is a leading event production company specializing in in-person, hybrid, and virtual events within the hospitality sector or any venue across Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The Project Manager must demonstrate immediate responsiveness to internal processes, excellent customer service, and effective personnel management (10–20 people), leadership, stress management, and practical problem-solving for the events area. **Responsibilities:** Understand internal departmental processes related to timelines, show floor, and production. Management of shows (events) and client interaction. Establish and properly manage setup timelines. Participate in the creative process, set design, motion graphics, and event setups. Effectively manage errors and client expectations, delivering effective solutions. Understand client expectations for their event through in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings to identify specific requirements for the requested event. Organize and conduct rehearsals for upcoming events. **Requirements:** 2 years of specialized experience in set design, design, rigging, video, audio, and lighting.
