Lead impactful deployment of core HR processes Join The LEGO Group to collaborate with business leaders in shaping our people agenda and driving priorities. **Please Note:** * No relocation assistance is offered for this position * The role can be based out of our Monterrey , Mexico location. **Core Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic partnerships within LOM and leadership teams. * Implement HR processes across dedicated areas, ensuring effective application of critical processes . * Drive organizational development initiatives, supporting leadership teams in Employee Engagement, DEI, and Leadership Playground. * Support the Head of People, Places, \& Culture in governing the organizational structure in LOM. * Offer local support and insights to global people, partners and onsite support to global teams in LOM. * Lead impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence. **Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding:** LEGO's People, Places, and Culture (PPC) organization focuses on Talent, Reward, Insights, Diversity \& Inclusion, and Partnering \& Operations. The People Partnering organization covers HR Business Partnering and local Operations, developing and deploying the people \& culture agenda in line with LEGO's strategic direction. Operations serve as a backbone, enabling partners and the business to provide relevant solutions while respecting geographical and site nuances. **Do You Have What It Takes?** * Experience in HR business partnering or people and organizational development with a passion for culture, leadership, and development. * Experience working in larger organizations. * Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across geographies, functions, and organizational levels. * Self\-directed, contributing individually and as a team member. * Solid business understanding and acumen. * Strong communication and relationship builder . * Independent voice encouraging a collaborative yet challenging environment. * Experience with project work and tools. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Open\-minded, solution\-oriented, structured, and collaborative mindset. * Advanced English proficiency . \#LI\-SK1 \#LI\-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
