In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of core HR processes while ensuring a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience across LATAM. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, gaining hands\-on exposure to cross\-border operations and multiple HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career HR professional who is eager to grow, learn, and make an impact in a dynamic, international environment.### **Key Responsabilities** * Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and delivering a positive candidate experience. * Manage end\-to\-end onboarding processes, including background checks, offer and contract preparation, and maintenance of accurate HR records. * Coordinate benefits activation, vacation and absence tracking, and documentation for payroll and personnel changes. * Support training and development programs, monitor completion, and maintain accurate documentation. * Provide employee relations support across LATAM offices, offering guidance, follow\-up, and high\-quality service. * Organize internal communications and engagement initiatives that enhance culture, well\-being, and employee experience. * Participate in and support the alignment of HR processes across cross\-border entities. * Assist with performance evaluation cycles, HR audits, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to internal policies and local regulations. * Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience. * Provide responsive and professional support to HR\-related inquiries. * Collaborate on HR operational projects across LATAM, supporting the implementation and adoption of new tools and processes. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally supporting HR operations. * Strong understanding of HR compliance and operational best practices in Mexico. * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking). * Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to excel in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to new technologies. * A service\-oriented, improvement\-driven, and culturally aware mindset.
