We are seeking a project workflow expert with exceptional organization skills and excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to inspire and manage multiple teams and tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to develop quarterly and annual communications plans and manage team members for the completion of all visual and written assets needed for monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns and overall social media growth, including marketing, copywriting, video, scheduling, graphic design, and growing brand awareness. Must possess a designer’s eye for detail, hold the larger vision for the team, and feel comfortable with being the point person that maintains the stamina and vision for team members to thrive as they complete their creative asset deadlines. Tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Develop monthly, quarterly or annual communications plans and strategies as needed Ensure all components of a marketing program are aligned with the strategic communication plan Manage the project management schedules, project deadlines and creative asset coordination with social media director, creative director, copywriter, videographer, and graphic designer Lead project planning, tracking and reporting progress of campaigns Create and implement an overall risk mitigation strategy across all social media platforms Collaborate with team leaders on the vision, goals, and strategy for each campaign Prepare monthly social marketing campaign outlines in accordance with the strategic communication plan Professionally coordinate, communicate, assign, and manage completion of all creative assets for each campaign in Monday.com Manage multiple and overlapping campaign schedules throughout the year Research current and relevant topics and information on clients/verticals you manage Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 3\-5 years of Project/Program Management in Media or Marketing Experience managing projects with various marketing tactics/strategies Experience working with and leading marketing teams Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with Monday.com Excellent customer relations skills Excellent leadership and people management skills Organized, diligent, and master of time management Friendly, communicative people\-person B2\+ English required Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $15,000\.00 \- $16,400\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
