Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. 2\. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, target audience, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions. 3\. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align brand management efforts with business goals. ***Brand Management*** 1\. Lead brand positioning, identity, and messaging across channels. 2\. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency. 3\. Collaborate with design teams on visual identity, luxury branding, and advertising. ***Digital Marketing*** 1\. Oversee social media strategy and content creation. 2\. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns. 3\. Manage email marketing and CRM systems. 4\. Analyze digital metrics and optimize campaigns. 5\. Manage Paid Digital Marketing (SEM) a. Paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). b. Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). c. Oversee programmatic advertising. 6\. Manage Organic Search (SEO): a. Develop and implement SEO strategies. b. Conduct keyword research and optimize content. c. Monitor website analytics and optimize for search engines. 7\. Website Management: a. Oversee website updates, maintenance, and content. b. Ensure website aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. ***Content Creation*** 1\. Develop and execute content marketing strategies. 2\. Collaborate with content creators and writers. 3\. Oversee blog and social media content. ***Programming \& Partnerships*** 1\. Develop and execute event programming strategies. 2\. Collaborate with the events team on concept development. 3\. Manage event marketing and promotion. 4\. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations. ***Public Relations \& Communications*** 1\. Manage media relations and secure press coverage. 2\. Develop and implement crisis communications plans. 3\. Craft and distribute press releases. 4\. Foster relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders. ***Team Management*** 1\. Lead and manage marketing and communications team. 2\. Provide guidance and support to team members. 3\.
