Description

#### **What you´ll do** * Drive Continuous Improvement implementation in the Site by providing clear direction, coaching and support across all areas. * Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel, esp. regarding CI training. * Organizes and facilitates improvement workshops; leads the team in the workshop, co\-ordinates and follows up on implementation. * Manages and oversees the HPS program deployment; develops and manages the HPS capability development program. * Acts as role model of continuous improvement culture and behaviors. * Validates and certifies accomplishment of the different capability levels. * Coaches the use of HPS principles and tools, and the mindset and behaviors required to sustain the HPS program. * Tracks progress of the master plan and gives appropriate advice and detects possible obstacles #### **What makes you a good fit** * Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and problem\-solving tools to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational performance. * Ability to analyze production processes using KPIs, root cause analysis (RCA), and statistical tools to identify improvement opportunities and track results. * Proven experience working in a production or industrial plant, with solid understanding of manufacturing operations, safety standards, and quality systems. * Experience leading improvement initiatives with operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, managing change and engaging shop\-floor personnel. * Strong project management capabilities to lead CI initiatives from concept to implementation, clearly communicate progress, and ensure sustainable results. #### **Some perks of joining Henkel** * Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year * Diverse national and international growth opportunities * Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs * Gender\-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares * Flexible Benefits * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Friday early finish At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
