We are seeking an Associate Manager in our Field Marketing organization who specifically supports Content Marketing Services. This role is focused on SEO strategy, copywriting, and management of hotel website content. **Your Day to Day** * Perform keyword research to identify high\-value search phrases driving qualified traffic, and optimize on\-page elements such as title tags and meta descriptions. * Execute updates to content and photography on all hotel channels to optimize performance * Demonstrate clear understanding of SEO strategy and localization, review content developed by external partners and confirm multiple brand tones of voice. * Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve content marketing strategy and tactics * Support development and execution of additional content marketing programs, including Social Media, Restaurant \& Bar Marketing, Email Marketing, and Offer Management through Omni\-Channel Support. **What We Need From You** * Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, content strategy, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and work\-related experience * Excellent written and verbal communication in English required * 2\-5 years of experience in marketing / project management * Demonstrated or previous experience in SEO analysis and performance analysis is preferred but not required At IHG Hotels \& Resorts, we work together to deliver True Hospitality for Good on a global scale.
