**Job Position** --------------------- Ensure the arrival of productive materials to the company, according to supplier requirements and logistical routes, applying supply chain management and control systems and programs, in order to comply with group policies, strategies and objectives, as well as satisfy customer needs and guidelines. **Work Obligations and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------------------- Ensure that suppliers are requested the necessary materials to meet the production plan · Consolidate supplier order information (releases) · Electronically send weekly orders to suppliers · Track and follow up on requested materials to ensure timely arrival at lowest cost · Coordinate customs clearance of requested materials Control records and documentation for system entry registration · Register transit materials in the system (timely invoice entry) · Guarantee system information for accounting closures · Review purchase order closures in the shortest possible time · Consolidate delivery vs. requirement data for supplier performance evaluation (SPFS) · Ensure pickup arrangements with suppliers on the logistics website · Reconcile monthly location 251 (transit materials) to guarantee accurate inventory information.
