We are seeking a highly organized and results\-driven **Delivery Manager** to join our team. This position provides the chance to oversee complex projects and encourage collaboration across various groups. You will play a vital role in promoting operational efficiency and contributing to the organization’s ongoing success. **Responsibilities** * Act as the main escalation point for a group of 8–10 engineers * Cultivate and strengthen relationships across teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives * Work closely with stakeholders to develop practical plans and manage their delivery * Oversee the planning and execution of significant projects, such as implementing RBAC in Azure * Prepare comprehensive strategies to engage teams, address obstacles, and implement solutions * Represent the team in organizational and political matters, taking a proactive approach * Organize and execute changes to team structure to enable scalability and support growth * Detect operational bottlenecks and implement measures to improve efficiency * Take part in the tertiary on\-call rotation to provide team support * Lead technical conversations and offer guidance on system integration and workflow improvements **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area * At least 8 years of relevant experience in the field * Minimum of 3 years in roles such as leader, manager, architect, owner, or coordinator * At least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more people * Experience in at least 5 end\-to\-end project cycles or in launching products or major product features * Practical coding experience in any procedural or declarative programming language * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with Azure as a requirement and AWS experience through code as a plus * Experience with cloud solution implementation, including RBAC and Landing Zones automation * Understanding of Infrastructure\-as\-Code tools, preferably Terraform, and willingness to learn if necessary * Knowledge of Git branching models like GitFlow, GitOps, Trunk development, and Release branches * Experience with Windows systems for technical troubleshooting * Excellent communication skills for building relationships and influencing teams * High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
