We are seeking a highly organized and results\-driven **Delivery Manager** to join our team. You will be a driving force in improving processes and advancing the ongoing growth of our organization. **Responsibilities** * Act as the main escalation contact for a group of 8–10 engineers * Strengthen interdepartmental cooperation to ensure consistency on key initiatives * Work with stakeholders to develop practical plans and supervise their implementation * Manage the planning and execution of major projects, such as RBAC integration in Azure * Create comprehensive approaches to engage teams, overcome obstacles, and deliver solutions * Represent the team in organizational and political matters, taking proactive steps when needed * Organize and execute changes to team structure to support scalability and future growth * Spot and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance overall performance * Take part in the tertiary on\-call rotation to provide team support * Steer technical conversations and offer guidance on system integration and workflow improvements **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * At least 8 years of relevant professional experience * Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordinator positions * At least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more people * Experience in at least 5 full project cycles or in launching products or major product features * Experience with coding in any procedural or declarative programming language * Strong understanding of cloud platforms, with Azure required and AWS experience through code considered an asset * Practical experience with cloud solution implementation, including RBAC and Landing Zones automation * Knowledge of Infrastructure\-as\-Code tools, preferably Terraform, and willingness to learn if necessary * Familiarity with Git branching models such as GitFlow, GitOps, Trunk development, and Release branches * Background in Windows systems for technical troubleshooting * Excellent communication skills for building relationships and influencing teams * High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written
