**FLEET MANAGER GENERAL INFORMATION**
**Position:** Fleet Manager
**Department:** Operations / Sales / Logistics
**POSITION OBJECTIVE**
Administer, coordinate, and supervise the company's vehicle fleet operations, ensuring proper vehicle control, maintenance, documentation, assignments, and availability to guarantee operational efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Manage and supervise the company's vehicle fleet.
* Coordinate vehicle deliveries, receipts, and assignments.
* Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Verify validity of insurance policies, registration cards, vehicle inspections, and other required documentation.
* Monitor accidents, traffic violations, and vehicle-related administrative procedures.
* Supervise the physical and mechanical condition of vehicles.
* Coordinate services with repair shops, dealerships, and suppliers.
* Prepare reports on fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.
* Maintain up-to-date inventories and files for each vehicle.
* Control vehicle entries and exits.
* Track operational indicators and fleet availability.
* Ensure compliance with vehicle usage policies.
* Support audits and inventories related to vehicles.
* Coordinate vehicle decommissioning or replacement as needed.
**POSITION PROFILE**
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration.
* Logistics.
* Industrial Engineering.
* Automotive Mechanics or related field.
Experience:
* Minimum 1 year in fleet administration, logistics, or vehicle control.
* Experience managing suppliers and handling vehicle-related administrative procedures.
Knowledge:
