




Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate and oversee the operational and administrative progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to the schedule, budgetary control, and proper document management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages construction projects as independent projects in Odoo. 2. Ensures compliance with the construction schedule and budgetary control. 3. Centralizes project documentation and coordinates with key departments. We are looking for a **Construction Project Manager** responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operational and administrative progress of construction projects. This role serves as the direct liaison between the construction site and administrative/financial departments, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, budgetary control, and accurate document management using digital tools such as **Odoo**. **Main Responsibilities Project Management and Monitoring** * Manage each construction project as an independent project within Odoo’s Projects module. * Keep physical and administrative progress information up to date. * Monitor the construction schedule and critical activities. * Anticipate risks, delays, or administrative or operational incidents. **Budgetary and Financial Control** * Track the construction budget and its execution. * Monitor the project’s cash flow (payments, estimates, commitments). * Coordinate with administration–finance departments on payment scheduling. * Ensure payment requests are generated in accordance with actual progress. **Coordination with Construction Supervision** * Request and monitor evidence of physical progress. * Coordinate receipt, review, and validation of contractor estimates. * Track corrections and observations required to release payments. * Verify consistency between physical progress and submitted estimates. **Document Management and Administrative Control** * Centralize project documentation in Odoo. * Safeguard contracts, estimates, evidence, drawings, and other key documents. * Maintain organized information for audits and decision-making. **Cross-Departmental Communication** * Serve as the liaison among construction, administration, finance, and management. * Provide clear and timely updates on project status. * Reduce operational friction through structured communication. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience** * 2–5 years in construction project management, coordination, or supervision. * Direct experience with construction projects and supervision teams. * Budgetary and administrative control experience preferred. **Technical Knowledge** * Construction project management. * Monitoring of construction schedules and progress tracking. * Budgetary control and cash flow management. * Review and validation of estimates. * Document management. * ERP or project management software experience (Odoo preferred). * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * AutoCAD or construction management software experience preferred. * Ability to read architectural and installation drawings. **Competencies** * Strong organizational and monitoring skills. * High sense of administrative control and order. * Ability to anticipate problems. * Clear and effective communication with construction teams and administrative departments. * Focus on compliance, timelines, and processes. * Coordination without assuming supervisory responsibilities. **Salary:** $17,000 – $21,000 monthly (based on experience) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (with a **1.5-hour lunch break**) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
