**Location:** Tecomán, Colima **Work Mode:** On-site **Department:** Accounting and Payroll **Reports to:** Finance and Human Resources **Employee Payment Frequency:** Weekly **Job Description** A company in Tecomán, Colima, is seeking a **Payroll Manager** to efficiently and confidentially manage the entire weekly payroll process, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and providing direct support to employees regarding payments, benefits, and entitlements. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and process the staff’s **weekly** payroll. * Calculate salaries, overtime hours, attendance incidents, deductions, and earnings. * Manage **payroll advance loans** and ensure their proper recovery. * Administer and control **employee benefits**, in accordance with internal policies. * Register employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the payroll system. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. * Prepare payroll reports for the Finance and Human Resources departments. * Address and follow up on employee inquiries related to payments and benefits. * Maintain up-to-date and secure confidential employee information. * Coordinate accounting information related to payroll. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience handling payroll (preferably weekly). * Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel (intermediate level). * High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail. **Competencies** * Administrative organization and control. * Analytical ability. * Clear communication and professional interaction with staff. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Professional development.
