




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator skilled in payroll calculation and supervision, reconciliations, and advisory services, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of accurate and timely payroll processing 2. End-to-end management of salary calculations, benefits, and deductions 3. Advisory services to internal clients and colleagues on payroll-related matters An outstanding company is looking for your talent as a Payroll Coordinator. Minimum 3 years’ experience in WEEKLY and BI-WEEKLY payroll processing. Proficiency in SUA/IDSE/INFONAVIT/FONACOT (SIROC). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Proficiency in CONTPAQ system and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours / HC 2,000. Calculation of salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, and extraordinary payments. Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. Calculation of variable compensation. Payroll stamping (certification), severance payments, and final settlements. Payroll reconciliations versus accounting records. Advisory services to internal clients and colleagues. Coordination of payroll payment scheduling. Supervision of the payroll process. Ensuring payroll calculations are performed accurately and on time, including deductions, overtime hours, and any applicable adjustments. Supervision of incident data entry (absences, vacations, disabilities, etc.). We offer: Base salary: $25,000 net. Statutory benefits. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: Starting from $25,000.00 per month. Work location: On-site employment.
