




Job Summary: Manages and organizes payments, tracks new hires, and supports payroll department activities, including reviewing preliminary payroll reports and providing employee assistance. Opportunity to work with systems such as SAP and Tress Revolution. **Benefits** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings fund / Savings box * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance (SGMM) * Grocery vouchers **General Objective:** Ensure timely payment processing, track new hires, and support departmental activities **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely payment processing, track new hires, and support departmental activities * Review and release preliminary payroll reports to supervisors on Mondays and Tuesdays * Counter service (overtime, absences, disabilities, BBVA cards, vouchers, severance settlements, and checks) * Accounting entries in SAP, severance settlements, PTU payment orders * Process BBVA bank cards and onboard them * Process grocery vouchers cards * Troubleshoot BBVA card issues * Track grocery vouchers card deliveries * Process key accounts and enter data into Revolution * Weekly closing reports to support the payroll manager (attrition, accumulations, child support payments, accounting reconciliations and weekly reports, supervisor incidents, OT, ISN, Fonacot) * Calculate severance settlements * Review and track lost grocery vouchers cards * Fonacot, ISN * Savings box and savings fund loans **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting * 1 year of experience * Intermediate Excel proficiency * SAP (Preferred) * Tress Revolution (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
