This opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage payroll incidents. * Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding their payroll slips and benefits. * Provide support on general payroll topics (year-end bonus, vacations, vacation premium, statutory benefits, mandatory rest days, and working hours). * Support the management of incidents related to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Coordinate information with the external firm responsible for payroll calculation and electronic invoicing (timbrado). * Perform basic general accounting tasks and reconciliations. * Enter, validate, and maintain information in accounting systems. * Prepare reports and controls in Excel. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience handling payroll incidents. * General payroll knowledge (excluding calculations). * Knowledge of IMSS and general accounting. * Experience using an accounting system (NOI, CONTPAQi, Oracle or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer equipment. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities for employee support. **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary of **$15,000 to $18,000**, commensurate with experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Direct employment contract with the company.
