REYCO RENOVABLES Is seeking its new Payroll Analyst Location: Roma Norte, Mexico City Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 gross monthly Experience: Minimum 3 years **What will you do in this position?** · End-to-end payroll process administration. · Payroll preparation and outsourcing. · Payroll stamping in accordance with tax regulations. · Management of employee registrations, terminations, and salary adjustments before IMSS. · Tracking and control of medical leaves. · Calculation and review of payroll-related taxes. · Administration of obligations before IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. · Knowledge and handling of REPSE. · Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. · Preparation and issuance of payroll accounting entries. · Handling and follow-up on authority requests. · Submission of declarations to IMSS. · Preparation of reports and payroll incident control. **What are we looking for?** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll management. **Knowledge required in:** · Federal Labor Law · IMSS Law · IMSS (registrations, terminations, medical leaves) · Infonavit and Fonacot · Advanced Excel · Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP and ORACLE) · REPSE · HR department managing at least 150 employees · Calculation of severance payments and final settlements · Payroll stamping · Accounting entries **We offer** * Salary of $20,000 to $25,000 gross monthly * Job stability * Professional development * Statutory benefits If you have experience in **the Payroll area**, apply now and join our team.
