Job Summary: Payroll Analyst responsible for calculating and processing payroll, recording personnel movements, determining taxes and contributions, and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the complete payroll calculation and processing. 2. Determines taxes and social security contributions. 3. Handles records of employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and audits. **Responsibilities:** Main responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst * Calculate payroll using COMPAQ I Payroll. * Process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments. * Record absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, and leave requests. * Integrate these movements into payroll calculations. * Determine payroll taxes (ISN). * Perform Risk Premium Determination. * Reconcile EBA and EMA reports. * Calculate social security contributions and other withholdings (SUA). * Prepare information for internal or external audits. * Calculate year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), vacation bonuses, travel allowances (viáticos), bonuses, and benefits. * Manage deductions such as FONACOT and INFONAVIT loans. * Prepare payroll cost reports. * Analyze variations or inconsistencies. * Record employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in IDSE. * Process severance payments, final settlements (finiquitos), and promotions. * Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll slips, deductions, or benefits. * Other HR functions—contracts and recruitment tracking.
