**We are hiring: Warehouse Worker!** Mexican company dedicated to the **processing of meat by-products** and the production of **animal-derived meals and fats** is looking to add a responsible, proactive, and operationally committed **Warehouse Worker** to its team. If you are interested in working in a dynamic environment with continuous learning and key operational responsibilities, this is your opportunity! **Job Objective** Ensure proper **receiving and recording of vehicles and materials**, as well as appropriate **safeguarding and inventory control** within the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Record vehicle entry data: date, time, license plates, origin, document numbers, and weights. * Manage inventories, tanker and box loads, and issue scale tickets and reports. * Generate document numbers and record raw material receipts in the ERP system. * Monitor raw material intake limits according to Logistics instructions. * Prepare operational documentation: manual tickets, transport bills, sales forms. * Maintain order and availability of materials and supplies. * Deliver internal materials and consumables. * Receive suppliers (water, gas, diesel, raw materials, etc.). * Organize, label, and code warehouse inventory. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * Minimum **1 year of warehouse experience** (experience in weighing positions is a plus). * Basic proficiency with digital tools (Office, registration systems). * ERP experience desirable. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Preferably reside near the plant or have convenient transportation access. **Competencies** * Order and organization * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Service-oriented attitude **Work Schedule** Rotating shifts: * 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 net * Direct payroll employment * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus) * Uniform and personal protective equipment * Transportation assistance * In-kind food basket distribution once or twice per month * Per diems for training when necessary * Growth opportunities within a stable industry Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
