Establish, maintain, and improve production processes according to the company's comprehensive quality policy and customer and corporate guidelines, in order to meet company policies on time and across various performance indicators, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, customer requirements, corporate requirements, and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards. **Job Responsibilities and Duties** ---------------------------------------------- * Design reliable, safe, capable processes that comply with applicable legal and voluntary requirements for Dana, in order to meet quality and safety standards and ensure optimal utilization of plant resources. * Maintain production processes according to manufacturing requirements, ensuring they remain within control parameters. * Keep documentation updated (operation sheets, FMEAs, characteristic matrices, setup sheets, welding specifications and procedures, and manufacturing system documents) to comply with the plant's quality system. * Train direct and indirect personnel on assigned production processes, ensuring efficient work methods are followed and compliance with operational safety and product quality standards. * Carry out activities focused on continuous improvement of the area, processes, and performance indicators to contribute to achieving and improving departmental results. * Meet internal and external committed PPMs. * Promote and implement 5S. * Know and comply with the Company Safety Regulations to prevent accidents and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions. ISO 14001 / Occupational Health and Safety. * Comply with the provisions of the Individual Employment Contract, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and Internal Regulations to maintain discipline, order, and harmony within the Company. * Fulfill roles and responsibilities as defined in matrix CORPEFCD\-00002. * Comply with environmental Work Instructions (WIs) and Procedures (OPs) applicable to the area to protect and preserve the environment.
