Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and proactive personnel with experience in industrial environments to ensure the proper operation of equipment and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Training and development opportunities **Description:** ---------------- **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar activities. **Schedule:** Rotating 12-hour shifts; 7:00am \- 7:00pm \- 7:00am. (4 working days and 3 days off). **Competencies:** Dynamism, teamwork, activity control, effective communication. **Knowledge and skills:** * Monitor proper functioning of machines and equipment to extend equipment lifespan. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area to prevent cross-contamination and accidents. * Complete operation records in the SAP system to ensure timely and accurate information. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents on-site. * Attend PPR audits to comply with certifications and audits. * Monitor daily consumption of supplies to avoid waste and reduce costs. * Deliver packaged and/or packed products to the corresponding department on time and as scheduled. **Benefits:** Grocery vouchers: 11\.11% of monthly net salary Transportation Food subsidy Medical services Life insurance Uniforms PPE Productivity bonus Ongoing training per annual plan (certifications, regulations, management, product, etc.).
