JOB DESCRIPTION A major construction company is seeking an Industrial Engineer to supervise and optimize the operation of a stone crushing plant, ensuring compliance with production schedules, process control, industrial safety, and quality of the material produced. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise the daily operation of the crushing plant. * Monitor production processes and ensure material volume and quality. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff. * Develop and track production schedules. * Verify preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Implement safety controls and proper use of PPE. * Maintain performance indicators (production, efficiency, downtime). * Prepare operational and production reports. REQUIREMENTS * Industrial Engineering degree. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in industrial plants (preferably crushing, asphalt, concrete, or mining). * Knowledge of production processes and operational control. * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance. * Proficiency in Excel (reports and indicators). * Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. * Flexible availability for working hours.
