Job Summary: Aldesa is seeking a Resident Assistant with experience in developing activity programs, photographic reports, and progress generators, to join a learning and innovation environment. We are looking for a Resident Assistant to collaborate with us on our concession project. If you have experience in developing weekly, biweekly, and monthly activity programs; preparing photographic reports as program support; and preparing generators and photographic progress reports, we want to meet you! Your responsibilities: * Develop weekly, biweekly, and monthly activity programs. * Prepare photographic reports as program support. * Prepare generators and photographic progress reports. * Assess damages in case of incidents. * Prepare overtime reports for personnel under your supervision. * Review laboratory test results for fieldwork performed. Requirements: * Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle (mandatory). * Education: Civil Engineering degree (graduated or intern). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferred).
