




Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive insurance policy management—from quotation and issuance to claims processing and customer service—requiring Excel proficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive insurance policy management and related procedures 2. Customer service and follow-up on administrative tasks 3. Proficiency in Excel and communication skills Perform insurance quotations, issue policies, process claims reimbursements, handle policy renewals, provide customer service, track reference numbers, record paid policies and renewals, etc. Proficiency in Excel is essential; candidates must possess strong customer interaction skills and be available to respond to customer messages and calls.
