Job Summary: Lead a maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient execution of the daily/weekly maintenance plan for the drill fleet, adhering to cost and schedule constraints. Key Highlights: 1. One way MML seeks to build competitive advantage is through high-caliber leaders supported by well-designed people systems that result in a highly committed, engaged, and productive workforce.**Requirements:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical University Degree (TSU) in Mechatronics or related field. * 5 years of experience in maintenance of mobile drill rigs in underground mining operations. * Experience in technical personnel management and maintenance crew leadership in mining operations (minimum 3 years). * ERP system proficiency for maintenance management (SAP or similar preferred). **Knowledge:*** Diagnosis and maintenance of underground drilling equipment. * Interpretation of hydraulic, electrical, and control diagrams for mobile mining equipment. * Technical knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems used in drilling equipment. * Familiarity with technical terminology used in underground mining processes. Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage (110–440 V) electrical systems applied to mobile equipment. * Basic knowledge of SMAW, MIG, and TIG welding processes as applied to maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution processes based on KPIs. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems and work order tracking. ***NOTE: Torex Gold Resources and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from recruitment agencies that are not under an active contract and have not been designated as authorized partners to conduct searches.***
