Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in Occupational Safety and Hygiene or Industrial/Environmental Engineering with experience in construction projects to ensure safe working environments and regulatory compliance. We are currently expanding and seeking talented, committed individuals with a vocation for safety who wish to develop professionally within an inclusive, equitable, and discrimination-free work environment that promotes equal opportunities and respect for human rights. ### **Required Profile** * Technical or professional education in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Environmental field, or Industrial/Environmental Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, with knowledge and application of NOM-031-STPS-2011. * Availability to work on-site and participate in continuous training. * Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and within a culture of respect and prevention. ### **Required Courses (Valid)** * First aid * Work at heights * Confined spaces * Welding, cutting, and electrical work * Rigging and lifting operations * Accident and fire prevention * Search, rescue, and evacuation ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), promoting a culture of self-care. * Verify that equipment and working conditions on-site comply with established safety criteria. * Document and track IMSS affiliations and payments for on-site personnel. * Provide first aid in case of occupational incidents, in accordance with established protocols. * Monitor personnel’s physical conditions to ensure safe working environments. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions with the site management team upon identification of hazards. * Manage communication with medical services or competent authorities in case of incidents. ### **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Immediate hiring. * Access to continuous training. * A work environment that fosters equality, inclusion, shared responsibility, and professional development **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel.** *Our organization promotes equality and non-discrimination.
