Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in swab unit operations to assemble and configure tools, execute operations, interpret well behavior, and coordinate personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in swab unit operations (swabbing) 2. Ability to assemble and configure well tools 3. Capability to interpret well behavior and make decisions **Education & Training** Practical knowledge of swab unit operations (swabbing) Assemble and configure well tools (cups, mandrels, etc.). Execute and supervise swabbing operations. Interpret well behavior and make real-time decisions. Coordinate personnel during operations, especially during startup phase. **Requirements** Mechanical, Electromechanical, Petroleum, Petrochemical, Chemical Engineering or related technical degree; TSU, PTB, High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years as a supervisor or 5 years as a swab unit operator.
