Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring standard store operations, customer service, achievement of sales and expense budgets, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieving sales targets and supervising customer prospecting 2. Overseeing store operations and personnel management 3. Ensuring training for newly hired staff **Job Objective:** Responsible for ensuring standard store operations, customer service, and adherence to sales and expense budgets, thereby driving sales growth through proper product display, preparation, and assortment in compliance with authorized procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Achieve sales targets * Supervise the customer prospecting plan and client visits * Oversee store operations in accordance with tasks assigned to employees * Increase store transactions * Ensure proper use and functionality of tools and equipment assigned to the store * Control product seizures * Ensure store security via alarm systems * Lead weekly meetings reporting on store and personnel status * Ensure the training process for newly hired staff **Requirements:** * Residency in Tapachula, Chiapas * Experience in retail or self-service businesses (Dunosusa, Willys, Sahuayo, Tiendas 3B, CIMA, Keken, Sanchez, Pitico, Monterrey, Bodega A, Chedraui, Soriana, etc.) * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administration or Business Administration, with valid professional license * Full availability of working hours * Experience in personnel management * Proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary + monthly bonuses * Weekly food vouchers and savings fund * Social security, INFONAVIT points, and increased AFORE contributions * Loans, annual bonus, and thirteenth-month pay (aguinaldo) * All legally mandated benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
