Communicates the benefits of a current credit. ### **Job Objective:** As a Delinquent Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant delays, managing plans that enable them to regularize their accounts. **Main Responsibilities** * Visit the residences of debtors who applied for a loan but failed to make payments, in order to offer them various alternatives. * Visit assigned customers to manage accounts with them. * Provide respectful and friendly service to our customers. * Inform customers of all benefits associated with maintaining a current credit. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **Requirements** * Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Mobile device operation skills. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Value Proposition** * Weekly base salary of $2,500\. * Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $1,800\. * Statutory benefits. * Vacation starting at 12 days. * Social Security (IMSS). * 25% vacation bonus. * 15-day Christmas bonus, increasing with seniority. 25% Sunday bonus. * 20% discount at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha, increasing with seniority. * Benefits at over 500 establishments affiliated with Grupo Salinas. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of seniority. * Payroll advance. * Provision of a motorcycle, also serving as transportation between your residence and workplace. * Weekly gasoline voucher worth $217 pesos. * Option to purchase the motorcycle upon completion of its useful life. * Safety equipment: skeleton suit, helmet, boots. * Motorcycle accident medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Career growth opportunities within the Group.
