We are seeking: Customer Service and Collections Manager Job Objective: Maximize profitability while ensuring the company’s competitiveness through effective management of corporate costs and expenses. Responsibilities: - Design and ensure compliance with policies, controls, and procedures for authorizing credit lines to our customers. - Submit credit reports to management for approval of credit lines. - Establish and monitor compliance with collection policies. - Ensure achievement of established targets for average days to pay, delinquency rates, and overdue receivables. - Ensure accurate and timely application of payments, as well as issuance of tax documents in accordance with applicable regulations. * **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. - Accounts Receivable experience (mandatory experience in self-transportation). - Advanced Excel proficiency. - Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience. - Knowledge of tax documents, procedures, and requirements (e.g., transport manifest, CFDI, cancellations, re-invoicing, asset invoicing). - English language proficiency preferred. - Experience in the transportation industry preferred. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term. Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month. Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Experience: * Customer service: 3 years (mandatory).
