




· Schedules and calculates payments to retirees, government agencies, as well as payroll-related payments. · Compares supplier invoice data against purchase orders and shipping and warehouse receipt documentation to verify billing accuracy and ensure receipt of items, as well as applicable prices and discounts. · Contacts suppliers to clarify tax-related errors. · Schedules and calculates supplier payments based on company policies. · Prepares checks and drafts journal entries for supplier payment authorization. · Maintains up-to-date supplier files with copies of RFC certificates, XML files, tax addresses, etc. **Education, knowledge, skills, training, and prior experience:** · Technical or professional degree in Accounting or related field. · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Negotiable). · Excellent proficiency in Office (Excel), Oracle (Negotiable). * English: 85% written, English: 85% spoken (Mandatory).
