Management of HR documentation and policies **Work Address:** Calz. de la Naranja 154, San Pedro Xalpa, 53370 Ciudad de México, Méx. **Company: Zenzero** is a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality frozen and ice cream products across all categories, including traditional, sugar-free, low-fat, keto, and non-GMO, among others. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm **Position Objective:** Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources and Administration department, ensuring proper control over administrative, personnel, and documentation processes, as well as compliance with internal policies and organizational requirements. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * **Experience:** 2 years as an HR Assistant **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate the personnel hiring process. * Compile and update personnel files (new hires and active staff). * Monitor and track staff attendance. * Prepare attendance reports for payroll calculation. * Coordinate termination processes for employment relationships. * Track employee vacation entitlements and prepare seniority charts. * Prepare established HR department reports. * Develop and/or update HR department procedures and policies. * Deliver payroll slips for signature and fingerprinting, and file them accordingly. * Address staff inquiries, requests, and concerns, directing them to the appropriate department. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Receive and assist visitors. * Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence. * Coordinate general office activities and resolve administrative requests. * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, drafting, and reviewing documents. * Prepare assigned reports and records for the department to ensure compliance and proper documentation. * Collaborate on additional activities requested by the Executive Department.
