Comprehensive management of income, expenses, and financial reports We are currently recruiting personnel for the position of **Accounting Assistant** within a company in this sector. **Job Objective:** **Job Requirements:** * Minimum high school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration\-Accounting * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible availability of working hours **Required Knowledge:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Numerical aptitude and basic financial analysis. * Tax and accounting knowledge. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude * **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Record purchase and sales invoices. * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) and procurement-related invoicing. * Monitor income and expenses. * Prepare basic financial reports. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Support monthly or annual closing processes. * Organize and archive physical and digital documents. * Assist management with operational and control tasks. **We Offer:** **Base Salary: $10,000\.00 net per month \+ statutory benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Work Location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas** Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $10,001\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
