Job Summary: We are seeking a financial inclusion promoter with experience in sales or microcredit to manage and recover the portfolio, ensuring timely repayment of group loans in the field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and placement of financial inclusion products and services. 2. Management of group loans and field portfolio recovery. 3. Training and work tools. **Requirements:** * Completed high school / junior high school. * Experience in Sales or Microcredit. * Promote financial inclusion products and services within communities in your area of influence. * Ensure timely repayment of group loans by promoting joint liability among members during weekly field recovery meetings, to maintain a portfolio with no delinquency rates. * Execute collection strategies defined by management to sustain a pace that enables achievement of established targets. **Main Functions:** * Credit promotion * Credit disbursement * Portfolio recovery * Credit renewals * Group credit management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
