Position Summary: We are seeking a delivery route coordinator with experience in personnel management and incident resolution to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Incident resolution and shipment tracking REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education or incomplete university degree Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating delivery driver routes Experience managing personnel (delivery drivers) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Android smartphones Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Valid Class "B" driver's license RESPONSIBILITIES: Resolving incidents related to merchandise delivery Loading and unloading: coordination and participation Monitoring field teams, vehicles, and routes Tracking and tracing shipments Supporting orders with data inconsistencies accompanying products, to maintain operational flow and meet established deadlines Recording payroll-related incidents for operational staff SKILLS: Results-oriented Leadership Negotiation Teamwork Personnel management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,600.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
