Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Promoter for the Housing Program with experience in commercial areas, customer service, and negotiation skills to advise and support beneficiaries in acquiring Infonavit housing. (Completed or incomplete) **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial areas, sales, negotiation, and customer service. * Experience in the mortgage or real estate sector is desirable. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in prospecting, sales follow-up, and closing deals. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication. * Excellent customer or user service. * Problem-solving. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend to and advise beneficiaries interested in acquiring Infonavit housing. * Organize and accompany visits to model homes. * Conduct credit simulations and validate eligibility. * Prepare, manage, and compile documents related to formalizing Infonavit housing acquisition. * Post-sales follow-up. **SALARY** * Monthly gross compensation of $16,000.00 plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your salary: * Transportation allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
