Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field * Minimum 6 months of experience in operational recruitment (preferably in private security) * Knowledge of job boards, job fairs, and social media * Experience in mass hiring and operational personnel selection * Proficiency in conducting individual and group interviews * Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: * Posting job vacancies on various platforms and social media * Attracting and selecting operational personnel (security guards, supervisors, etc.) * Coordinating interviews, administering tests, and verifying employment references * Managing documentation and tracking the hiring process * Supporting onboarding activities and initial administrative processes * Collaborating with the operations team to fulfill staffing needs promptly and effectively Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment San Francisco Pujiltic, Chis.
